Spray Station Automation & Integration
We designed and implemented custom PLC and HMI control systems for the spray station and conveyor equipment. The new system was fully integrated and interlocked with the existing cross-feed conveyor on the dosing machine to ensure smooth, synchronised operation.

RFID & SCADA integration 
We integrated RFID tracking with the existing SCADA system to provide full real-time traceability of moulds throughout the production line. RFID readers were installed at key stations, and PLC logic was adapted to associate each mould’s unique ID as it moves through the process.

• PLC code modifications to track mould identity and status

• SCADA data capture, trending and reporting configuration

• Integration with existing operator and maintenance workflows
