Dosing machine automation
Spray station
Development of custom PLC and HMI applications to control the spray station and associated conveyors. Integration and interlocking with the existing cross feed conveyor on the dosing machine is included.
This allowed for the tins to be automatically sprayed with a lubricant without manual handing.
