White sandy beaches, crystal clear blue water.  This is the Cook Islands .  An island paradise endowed with tropical fruit and tall swaying coconut palms.  With flowers of every colour imaginable and a fragrance oh so sweet,  is what inspired us to create ákaea (defined as breath in Cook Island Maori)

The children are our future.   It is ákaea's mission to care for our future so for each 'akaea product sold, a percentage will be used to purchase reading books and other resources for the schools of the Cook Islands.
